For our Leuven office (Kessel-Lo), we are looking for a Legal Counsel for immediate employment.

Function

After an onboarding period, you will advise our local and international clients on the legal aspects of their company or association (from incorporation and amendments to the articles of association to liquidation). You organize and coordinate the entire legal process in consultation with the client and the responsible partner of the firm. In doing so, you will have frequent contact with notaries, auditors and government authorities.

You assist our clients in preparing minutes, reports, publications in the Belgian Official Gazette, etc., and in complying with their legal obligations, for example regarding UBO registration.

Profile

You hold a graduate or bachelor’s degree. You have a strong interest in corporate and association law and work accurately and independently. You have organizational skills and are communicative.
Preferably, you have several years of experience in corporate law and a good command of English.
